Up until 2025, I was a research analyst focused on financial services companies, which gave me a ground-level view of how banks, insurers, and wealth managers create value and manage risk.

I’ve carried that public markets training into extensive work in private markets. I now apply this experience in my role as an investment advisor to help clients navigate both traditional and alternative investments. I also run a website, newsletter and podcast dedicated to educating investors on private markets strategies.

Away from the markets, I live in Burlington Ontario with my wife Jennifer and our two children, Mary and Alexander. I am also a chess enthusiast, a proud Rotarian, and a devoted Baltimore Ravens fan.
